Welcome to the July edition of Phenomenal Living ladies. So, last month I took some much needed time out for myself, to do absoultely nothing for once, except to spend time appreciating the simpler, quieter things in life. Home became my haven again and the outside noise nicely faded away. And within my holistic healing time, I discoverd some new fantastic healthy eating habits and relaxation therapies too. Bonus! This type of focused downtime has now become a regular ritual in order to balance my crazy busy life and keep me feeling phenomenal as long as possible. So this month, we take a look at a super healthy yoga retreat in the Healthy Living section.
So summer is here! (Well thats if youre lucky enough to get out of the rain we're having in the UK) and this season it's all about colour. Azure blues, orange hues and bronze everything are all over the runways and on the make up counter, so check out our choices that will have you bursting into summer with a fresh, bright and sophisticated glow.
This month we are including good reads, so if your looking for something a little more fulfilling than cliche 'sex on the beach, 50 shades of nonsense' material, then why not opt for one of our thought-provoking, award winning fables, such as 'The Alchemist,' (If you havent alreayd read it). Remember good books are for a lifetime, not just for summer!

If you fancy a luxury trip to the South of France, but don't fancy splashing out, why not share our idea with a larger group of friends and spread the cost on this months Luxury Living villa holiday choice? Yes it's finally here! Opening in cinemas across the country, the crazy ladies of the Absolutely Fabulous kind are back! So for a little light entertainment and a good old romp in the whirlwind world of fashion, head out to the cinema this weekend and check it out. It really is going to be 'Absolutely Fabulous.' We of course will be off to the cinema today, pop corn in bucket loads and laughing until our bellies hurt. Champagne anyone?

I will see you all back here in August, where I shall be reporting from the streets of Amsterdam and Paris and the beaches of Nice, Ville Franche and Marseille. SUMMER ON THE SOUTH BANK, LONDON.
FESTIVAL OF LOVE

This summer the Festival of Love returns to the Southbank Centre to celebrate the greatest human emotion - LOVE. With a packed programme of music, art,photography, dance, performance and a host of creative workshops and inspiring talks, it's going to be a fabulous few weeks ahead down by the Thames.
With a historical look at dating, the 'apprearing rooms' by artist Jeppe Hein, workshops titled, 'change the world' and 'what the world needs now' and yoga and reggae kareoke (with live band, I might add!)it sounds like a truly fun way to spend the summer. Opening weekend 9th July and runs until August 29th.

FASHION UNDRESSED FESTIVAL
Celebrating Style at London's South Bank Centre with the Fashion Undressed Festival.
The festival is packed full of exhbitions performances, runway shows, workshops and a multitude of pop up shops for local and upcoming designers. There are also photography and styling masterclasses, talks on model diversity and what it means to be plus size, fashion reviews, short films and even a voguing yoga workshop. (and yes of course someone from the PW crew will be doing that!) If you have a passion for all things fashion, then this is definitely not to be missed.

As I spoke about last month, it is so imporant to look after our health and therefore, healthy eating, exercise, sunshine and mindfullness are all essential tools in being able to 'live a life that serves us.' So here at the Phenomenal Woman Mission, we think that any trip incorporating all these elements has to make our Phenomenal Living page.
